Title: Basically, a good product
Review: For the first 3 months it was working well. Now I hear a recorded message repeated every 5 to 10 seconds: “It is a long distance.” It happens at all times and interrupts the programme I am listening to (Netflix, etc.). This happens even if the mobile I am using is in my own hand while watching Netflix or listening to music. It is extremely irritating. I have stopped using it since it is as good as useless.

Review: Worst ever product, when ever I started using it says “it is a long distance” even the mobile in my hands, and amazon not replaced even requested after 6 days, and when ever I tried to the customercare, they told sorry for the delay and never told when the replacement product will come, it’s a 2nd time I got this kind of issue after subscribed prime, they are cheating us with prime, they used worsen service than normal for a prime customer and always says sorry, they told it will never happen again, but it happened 3 times after prime subscribed, everytime they told sorry only not corrective action. Amazon is cheating people with prime
