Review: I bought a 10k headphone i.e. 860T but it is working weired. There are crackling sound which disrupts the call too frequently. I am dissapointed with this headphone.

Title: Simply a great headset for office use.
Review: This is a really good headset, comes neatly packaged in its box. When you open it up you’re greeted with a soft felt-like pouch with elastic straps (that’s the carry case for it). open it up and inside you’ll find the EPOS Impact headset nicely wrapped up. Simply remove the ear caps, take off the tie for the cord and it’s ready for use. Thankfully it does come with a USB – A connection which is plug & play, so when you plug it in your PC or laptop will recognise it.
